1.0 out of 5 stars Don't Waste Your Money!, July 1, 2010

I bought these to take off my CND Shellac manicure at home. I LOVE the Shellac manicure but the Remover Wraps are a WASTE OF MONEY. I thought they would come with the remover fluid on them- they don't. They are just big band aids with CND written on them and then they come with an orange wood stick. Save your self the money and buy orange wood sticks and cotton balls. You can wrap the cotton balls on your finger with some tin foil (this is how many salons do it). You will need 100% acetone remover to put on the cotton ball and then wrap the foil around your finger and the cotton ball to keep the cotton ball on your nail for about 10 minutes and then use an orange wood stick to scrape off the remaining shellac.

this product is so ill designed. first of all they dont even fit on the most delicate fingers, and they are dry!! they dont even have the acetone on them for gods sake . so the client gets them home only to find that they then have to trudge out to get the acetone. totally a waste of money

As much as I do not like to give negative review, i will give my opinion and observations and you can make a decision. I started using Shellac nail polish 2 months ago and LOVE IT!!...the only negative thing is only acetone will take them off which is drying to your skin. So i saw these wraps and thought this would be perfect. well the first 2 i wrapped on perfectly, but then i realized you need a third hand to wrap the rest. so i waited the 10 mins and took off the wraps and those 2 fingers polish came off. of course you do have to use an orange stick to scrape off the rest. So then i figured out the best way to do this was wrap one at a time. Took me over 2 hours. The wraps are to long and large so unless you have very very long nails, these wraps are not very effective. You still get acetone on your skin. I am going to throw away the other package that i bought as it is easier to go to salon and soak all 10 fingers for 10 mins and have them scrap it off.
